Feedback Reporting

Addressing concerns related to extractive activities and EITI implementation

About

The PH-EITI fosters transparency and accountability in extractive industries by disclosing information on activities and revenues. Committed to stakeholder engagement, the PH-EITI MSG recognized the need for a feedback mechanism. Informed by a review of EITI International’s grievance mechanism and guided by recommendations from the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP), the PH-EITI developed its own process for stakeholders to address concerns related to extractive activities and EITI implementation.
