The Philippine EITI hosted a Beneficial Ownership (BO) Transparency forum with representatives from the mining, oil, and gas industries at the Department of Finance (DOF) on August 7, 2024. This forum was designed to elevate awareness about beneficial ownership disclosure in extractive companies and to collect feedback from relevant stakeholders, aiming to refine and evolve current practices in BO transparency.
