We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your participation in PH-EITI’s FY 2022 Reporting Cycle, which concluded in August 2024. Your continued support and involvement strengthen our collective efforts toward transparency and accountability in natural resource governance. The production of the FY 2022 Country Report is ongoing, and we are excited to present it to you and all extractive stakeholders before the year ends.
In line with our commitment to fostering inclusive participation in the extractive sector, we are pleased to announce the commencement of the PH-EITI Reporting Cycle for Fiscal Year 2023.
The data submission for this year’s reporting will be divided into two parts:
1. Submission of required legal documents
- a. Submit original, signed, and notarized copies of the BIR/Taxpayer’s Waiver and the Secretary’s Certificate
b. Beneficial Ownership (BO) related documents
i. Notarized Company Waiver: Disclosure of BO declaration to PH-EITI
ii. Politically Exposed Person (PEP) Declaration Form: Beneficial Ownership
iii. Notarized Board Resolution/Secretary’s Certificate for BO documents.
2. Data entry in the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool
a. Input, review, and submit required EITI data
b. Upload all necessary documents, such as schedules of payments, audited financial statements, and supporting documents for reconciliation (e.g., official receipts, and proof of payment).
