Accessing the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool
As of today, May 20, 2024, the Online Reporting in the Extractives (ORE) Tool is now accessible for all participating companies. We encourage all our stakeholders to begin their reporting processes promptly.
Important Dates:
- Document Submission Deadline: June 17, 2024
- End of Reporting Cycle: July 21, 2024
Key Reminders for Participation in This Year’s Reporting Cycle:
- Access and User Accounts:
- Ensure that your authorized representatives (ARs) and data compliance officers (DCOs) have active user accounts.
- Please verify account activity by logging in at orepheiti.dof.gov.ph. Please inform the PH-EITI Secretariat if there are any changes in your designated ARs and DCOs.
- Required Documentation:
- Submit original, signed, and notarized copies of the BIR/Taxpayer’s Waiver, Secretary’s Certificate (BIR/Taxpayer’s Waiver), and BO-related documents (Company Waiver – Disclosure of BO declaration to PH-EITI, PEP Declaration Form – Beneficial Ownership, Board Resolution/Secretary’s Certificate (BO documents)) by June 17, 2024.
- Advance scanned copies should be uploaded to the General Information form in the ORE Tool. Document templates are available at https://pheiti.dof.gov.ph/country-reports
- Mail originals to: Ms. Mary Ann D. Rodolfo, PH-EITI National Coordinator, Department of Finance, 5th Floor DOF Building, BSP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Manila 1004.
- Data Submission:
- Input, review, and submit required EITI data through ORE.
- Upload all necessary documents, such as schedules of payments, audited financial statements, and supporting documents for reconciliation (e.g., official receipts, proof of payment).
